We have in Project Properties:
"Dont publish directories"
So when i do SYNCH PROJECT it is not taken into care - and this is OK.

BUT when i go to the Workspace view and will click on the excluded folder and select UPLAOD FOLDER it will not work.
So i cant manually send the folder to server.
And it workded so that i could in the previous version of PHPEd.
Now i have to delete this folder from the excluded folder to send to server and then i have to put that back after uploading so that it is not taken into synchronization.
Because i need that to be uploaded very seldom.
