How do I configure the debugging option for php on FreeBSD 4.8, could you plaese tell me the exact location of the file to alter. I know somewhere this needs to be entered

Code:
; Directory in which the loadable extensions (modules) reside.
extension_dir = /usr/local/lib/php/extensions
extension=dbg.so-4.3.1
[debugger]
debugger.enabled=on
debugger.profiler_enabled=on
debugger.hosts_allow=localhost,127.0.0.1,192.168.0.5
debugger.hosts_deny=ALL
debugger.ports=7869

I am trying to install this in bsd as first > make build , then > make install
tried changing a few config files but noting. Would appreciate anyone's help on this issue. Thanks.

Please read FAQ IV. I'm trying to get phped working with my Apache. Whenever I click "Run in debugger (F9)" I get "Failed to start debug session (timeout)" first.

I figured it out. I did every thing right according to the instructions in FAQ but under FreeBSD after default installation you have to rename the file php.ini-dist to php.ini to be used. So it was never been used, and after renaming everything is perfect.

Thank You for your support.
