Mysql Connect

Hi!
I want to connect other mysql server on LAN but there is a problem about
"libmysql.dll" I must upgrade it this dll but how Ican do this I dont know Help Please:(

Just find that dll on your mysql installation directory and copy on phped directory, overwriting dll.
