I have been using putty for my terminal program for years therefore it's select line -> right click to paste feature is now deeply ingrained in me.

If you could implement this into your terminal program then I'd start using it. We're halfway there, selecting adds to clipboard, we just need right-click to paste.

What if software running on the far end needs rightclicks?
For example Midnight Commander processes them pretty well.

Hello

I only ever use a terminal to ssh to linux machines so hadn't thought of that.

A setting?

Checkbox: "Allow right click pasting"

right. With terminal you can ssh to linux machine and run say mc or vim on the far end. Why not?

Both "know" mouse right-clicks Smile
