Session fails in debug modus on remote linux server

I installed Nusphere 3.2 on a W2000 workstation. The remote server is a Redhat 7.2 distribution with PHP 4.0.6.

On the Linix server I modified the php.ini with the extension dbg.so (how described in the help file) and :

debugger.enabled = true
debugger_profiler.enabled = true.

After restarting Apache I get in my php-ino file under dbg:
DBG php debugger, version 2.11.23
debugger.enable_session_cookie On On
debugger.enabled On On
debugger.fail_silently On On
debugger.ignore_nops Off Off
debugger.JIT_enabled Off Off
debugger.JIT_host clienthost clienthost
debugger.JIT_level 3 3
debugger.JIT_port 7869 7869
debugger.profiler_enabled Off Off
debugger.session_nocache On On
debugger.timeout_seconds 300 300

Question: Why is debugger.profiler_enabled = off ?? Mustn't it be on?

Run modus is working with ftp.
When I start the debug modus in the client it comes up with an alert message:
'Wrong version (2.11) of debug module detected. Debugger module version of 2.14 is needed to start debug session.'

Sorry, but I think, that's not quite right. Did I make something wrong?

Kind regards

Andreas

1. in php.ini you'd set
debugger.profiler_enabled = true

2. install dbg.so that comes with PHPEd 3.2. See debugger subdirectory.
