Seems, there is no default HTML-Browser installed.

Error Code=2. Any idea to fix this problem? Yesterday, debugging files worked well but now this error occurs. I did not change anything at my settings and mozilla is still my default browser.....

Make sure that Browser is associated with urls.
Just create a file nameed website.url with the following content and try to run it
Quote:
[InternetShortcut]
URL=http://localhost/

if it runs your browser everything is okay, if not you need to check browser or maybe registry.

Registry should contain:
in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.URL the default value should be something like InternetShortcut, then having that value in the following path check this value:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InternetShortcut\shell\open\command

Suddenly, I am having this problem too.

If I open an HTML file, it opens in IE. If I do the test described here using website.url, it opens in IE.

Here's what HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InternetShortcut\shell\open\command contains:
Code:
rundll32.exe shdocvw.dll,OpenURL %l
