It seems the only solution is to wait for the developers to release the next version and fix this bug .
I don't why phped can't do this well after so many releases , but it is the best IDE for wri ...

Not a solution but maybe you want to try the "consolas" font as it's really nice and don't have those issues.

I am using the lastest version of phped , the font rendering is really annoying .
Few fonts can display well ,some characters' right side are cutting-off ...
