This is atrocious. PHPEd 19 debugger is awfully slow. Nothing more to add. Rolling back to v18.

I'm on Win7 64bit, and I've not applied any updates in a loooooong long time. Tried to install PHPEd 19 today and it refuses to run, saying that "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" ...

I have this weird feeling that NuSphere will go under soon.
