When I run my PHPDock application on Windows 7 with IE9
the HTTP_USER_AGENT detects IE7:

"Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/5.0; SLCC2)"

We encode within the IDE and NuCoder is configured to copy non-PHP because

we are using PHPEd, NuCoder and now we are testing Subversion.

NuCoder encodes the .svn Files and copies them to the destination folder
and now the deployment folder is in the repository ...

I consider source control *overkill* for small/medium sized projects.
Insert date is just nice-to-have which I have found very usefull while using other editors.
