I am glad I am not alone in this...I too am using XP SP2, however I have IE 7 installed...same issue as you described.

I too would like to option to have PHPDock brandable.
While I agree that the dock is just a presentation layer at the end of the day like IE, it would still be nice to brand it for our company.
