I'm using PhpED since 2005 and for me this feature is really missing.

I tend to have a lot of projects (> 40) in one workspace. I would love to organize (at least most of) them into subfolders.

Some icons in workspace just dissapeared and now shown as a black square.

The attached manuals can be configured at Tools -> Settings -> IDE -> Help

The manuals you want to use should be checked.
Maybe you can also try to "Reset" the manuals to restor ...

Yes, right. You can also use polystyle. It's supported by PhpED.
But Polystyle version shipped with PhpED is only a Trial Version.

I think "Tidy HTML" could be the feature you are looking for. You can get it at file context menu within "Workspace".

Yeah... implemented in 5.2... how can I turn it off or reassign the shortcut? Cant find it in IDE or Editor Shortcuts. Sad
