if you open SRV web server on Logs tab, it will be visible what the request was and why it was served this way.
SRV is shown as globe icon on the task bar's rightmost panel

php-8.1 is already supported by next version beta, so if php developers don't break something in the binary API before the release, there won't be any delays on our side.

Sorry about that. We investigated the problem -- appears it's due to broken hardware and file got corrupted after tests. 19533 was re-built and re-tested on a different host so it should be fine.
