I am really pretty happy with phpEd the dubugger alone is saving me heaps of time,
but I would love to see a way of saving code snippets and also perhaps of being
able to import them right from Drea ...

working directly with your friend on the same set of files,
sooner or later you will override each other's files,
so it seems that using source control is the only way
