Hi

Wselecting Open from the file menu, it automatically goes to the folder which is selected in the current workspace - Can you do the same with Save and Save As? its a pain constantly having to navigate back.

Thanks Smile

Hmm. If you have say c:\somedir\somfile.php in the editor and do SaveAs, it opens c:\somedir by default. Is there anything wrong with it?

Hi

Sorry I wasn't specific enough.

It does exactly as you say.

But when I'm working on a new file, i'd like it to automatically default to the location selected in the Workspace - doesn't currently appear to do this.

Cheers

Oh, I see.
To have new file created in a specific directory, you'd right-click on this directory in the Workspace tab and select New File in popup.

ok cool, but how about having the actual save-as feature do that even when files are created from the File->New (mine just defaults to "My Computer").

I understand your busy, but this makes much more Wink

And if you promise v4 will be out v. soon, i gaurantee i'll leave you in peace Very Happy (at least til then).

Thanks

Sure, v4's SaveAs already works as you desire.
