Run debugger until var changes

I'm debugging a large program at the moment. Allot of problems I have is that I can't find out where or when a certained var has changed.

Is there an option to run the debugger until a var (selected in the watch window) value changes? This would help me allot!

We already thought is was not possible due to the misleading information the debug window shows (the linenumer is grayed out, but it's also grayed out without selecting global. It would be more intuitive when the whole line number is not showed at all in the debug window for global definitions.
