I install debug module on remote server according dbg-wizard recomendations ( chek against it by runnig wizard shows "DBG (PHP DEBUGGER) Version 3.4.1 is INSTALLED '), then update phped settings according Nusphere forum
recommendations and finally make a tunnel with remote server using putty. after it run phpEd - and ... dbglistner do not run properly (with error 'Failed to start DBG listener OSERR(0x2740) -usially permits only one socket usage') . What is wrong (It seems local debagging works perfectly), thanks

Next, I bound local part to 7870 port (and remap putty tunnel to 7870 port with opt - L:7870 localhost:7870) (remote part left bound to default 7869 port), and ... after rerunning phped took the same error. So it seems the subj title cost change to "setting proper tuneling with Putty for remote debugging"

Sorry, the problem resolved - Putty settings for tunnelling should set in R:7869 localhost:7869 not L:7869 (as I set at first)
