PHP IDE :: NuSphere Forums :: View topic - project wizard reports out of date error with dbg-wizard

when i set up a new project with the settings wizard, it is reporting this ;

Error: (-145) dbg-wizard version 2.1.2116 is outdated
please copy newer version of dbg-wizard available in C:\Users\Andy\AppData\Roaming\NuSphere\PhpED\dbgwizard\dbg-wizard.php to the server
fix the problem(s), then click [<< Back] button and repeat the tests

why does it say local version is up to date but then says it is outdated? I copied the latest version from the website to the root of the project and confirmed it is the latest version, what else do I need to do?
