Plz help me

Hi
I am new to use nusoap. I configure php-4.4.2 and apache-1.3.x with ssl. My problem is

Error
HTTP Error: CURL Extension, or OpenSSL extension w/ PHP version >= 4.3 is required for HTTPS

How to solve this problem

install curl php extension: add or uncomment php_curl.dll in php.ini, same goes for php_openssl.dll
