PHpED Version 10 and WampServer 2.4

I already have WampServer 2.4 installed on my development PC. I've just downloaded the trial version of PHpED 10 and I'd appreciate some guidance about setting up PHpED to work with WampServer. I'm sorry but I find the manual's 'Getting Started' section a bit tricky to understand. This is my first attempt at setting up this arrangement.

I note from searching that previous users have had problems getting this setup to work but nothing about using WampServer 2.4 and the very latest PHpED 10 combination.
