PhpEd 5.8 is uploading .svn dirs

Just installed the new version and it appears to be uploading .svn directories even though they are specified to be hidden in the project properties.

In version 5.6 by hiding folders it would stop them being uploaded.

I am presented with an error 'Invalid arguement to date encode' which I am pretty sure is some conflict with the folder when being uploaded.

By default phped does not publish neither CVS nor .svn directories.
If you see them uploaded, please check that "Don't publish directories" input in the Project Properties still contains CVS;.svn
