Maintenance is still provided to v3 adv. customers according to their maintenance contracts.
Anyway I'd highly recommend upgrade to v4. If you purchased on a day close to v4 release, you may get significant discount. If it happened within four weeks before the release, v4 is provided as a free upgrade.
