phpDocumentor chm fails

phpEd 5.9 fails to open phpDocumentor chm manual.
To correct this download http://manual.phpdoc.org/CHMdefaultConverter/CHMdefaultConverter.tar.gz.
Place the unpacked chm file as documentation.chm in [phpEd]/help
