we're already using php 5.2 rc2 because it fixes a number of critical bugs that cause segfaults in the large application we're writing.

These links might be handy in migrating the php dbg code to work with rc2+

If compiled .dll's and .so files could be made asap that would be great and would probably secure at least one purchase of phped and probably more in the near future.

Actually dbg for php 5.2rc4 is provided to our customers per requests.

(thanks for the links but they aren't needed)

PHP 5.2 is released now Smile

Can you give an update on when dbg or NuSphere 4.6.1 will be updated to work with this.
We've already put 5.2 on our server and need the debugging functionality to work with this.

Thank you!

It will be available on the next week or possibly on this weekend. Sorry for the delay.

In a couple of days, we are in the final round of testing. We know you need it Smile. BTW - it looks like lots of people are ego to get on 5.2 train - anybody cares to share what are the specific reasons? We are all for it of course.

Hi guys, see you are making a real good job arround here, thanks a lot.

However, sorry for question if it seems rude, but is there any version (even beta) of php debuger for PHP5.2. available.

To your question yfaktor, i.e. in php 5.1. if script terminates due to error and you are using mysqli class, connection is not closed and transactions are not rolled back. Can you imagine "the fun" you can experience with that ... Wink

debugger version 5.2 is available as part of phped 4.6.2 build 4629 and higher.
It's on site for roughly two weeks now.

Hello,

When do we have a chance to get this version of php_dbg.dll as a free download?
(for instance here http://www.php-debugger.com/dbg/downloads.php)

Thanks
