Problem using NuSOAP ... I can use some help. Thanks!

I am trying to invoke a web service.
No matter what I do in the parameters, it shows the same error.

$result = $client->call('SubmitApplication', array(
'SubmitApplicationRequestsss' => 'test'));

the parameter is called SubmitApplicationRequest, but I change it to anything, and the SOAP message is still the same. Looks like it's not recognizing what I do in the call statement.

What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for your help!
