I have problems excluding .svn directories.
I'm using NuSphere 5.9 and NuCoder 2.0 and that's the command line that nusphere runs when I try to compile a directory

"C:\Programmi\nusphere\nucoder\nu-coder.exe" -r --ext .inc,.php,.php3,.phtml,.shtml --copyall -n --phpdoc -c 5.2 --treelevel 1 --exclude .svn "C:\www\swi\utente" "C:\www\swi-compiled\utente"

If the project "Hide directories" option is set to ".svn" I still get the .svn directory and subdirectories copied but they are empty.
If the same option is empty my --exclude attribute is completely ignored and I get all the .svn directory and files in the final compiled project.

I tried to exlude a file instead of a directory but the attribute is ignored and the file gets copied anyway.
"C:\Programmi\nusphere\nucoder\nu-coder.exe" -r --ext .inc,.php,.php3,.phtml,.shtml --copyall -n --phpdoc -c 5.2 --treelevel 1 --exclude index.php "C:\www\swi\utente" "C:\www\swi-compiled\utente"

What should I do to exclude completely the .svn files and directories?
