New DBG session has started. But the IDE could not fi

I get this error when I try to debug over an SSH tunnel:

New debug session with //beta.mywebserver:443/index.php/cart/checkout has started. But IDE could not find the project for the web debugging. Breakpoints and other features may fail to work.

I'm guessing this is because this URL is the result of a rewrite rule that is passing some arguements to a controller in an MVC style application. Any hints on how to fix this?

It's not an error, just a warning. It triggers if original file name can not be 'calcualated' from the URL. And it's what almost always happens with rewritten URLs.
In this case you can safely ignore and even disable this warning.
