I had set the php.ini in the "Path to php.ini",but it failed.
phpinfo() 's php.ini path not match to "Path to php.ini"

how should I do?

Yep, it does not have any effect and it's not supposed to have any.
The only purpose for that input is to provide you with a simple way on opening php.ini in the editor by clicking the button right to it.

Maybe you should leave the "edit php.ini" button only.

Why do you ever need to change php.ini path used by php?
There are some official ways, but I'd strongly recommend not to follow them and keep using php.ini in php's own directory.

Because I use wamp beofore,I have my owned modified php.ini.
So I want to pass it to Nusphere directly.

But I know it now.

I suggest Nusphere should let user know the Nusphere's php.ini path can not be modified.
