is there any way to force conversion of line endings?
I don't know why, but inside one of my projects all files have linux line endings, and can't convert them to windows with bottom bar menu (no matter what I select there, it stays at linux line ending).

This menu does not save the file. It just suggests the IDE what line ending to use when you save the file. So it remained unix (LF). If you want to convert it to windows, you have to save the file.
