Install on shared server without php.ini access?

Phped on my local windows machine works fine, but I'd like to be able to debug scripts running on a server where I don't have access to php.ini in /etc/php/...

Is there any way to install Phped debugger on a Linux server if I don't have access to php.ini (I'm on a shared server)?

If you have no access to some system resouces and settings, you'd contact people (administrators) who have. Smile
The main problem is that it is shared server and installing anything on it automatically affects all other customers.
