This would be an excellent feature. I have begun using PhpEd for Titanium Appcelerator development, and get false positives for syntax errors all the time.

Just a suggestion as a fix for this until nusphere adds in official support for html5 and css3, we could add it ourselves via the file phped.rel under /application data/NuSphere/PhpED/config. I've added a bit here and there, but it's somewhat of a pain to do by yourself, but if a few others were interested, we could start a project on github or something and finish it rather quick as a group. If we license it as BSD or something else that's open, perhaps nusphere will use parts of it to add in support for css3 and html5 more quickly Smile .

I have added HTML 5 tags to the auto complete, but I have never touched the "phped.rel" file.

It looks painful.

Any word on this idea of yours?

I have created an HTML5 REL file for nuSphere.

It is just the new tags, since the editor does not differentiate between HTML versions when it displays the "autocomplete" (an feature suggestion! a REL for each version of HTML, since many of the existing tags have new attributes).

You can get your copy here

web.torres.ws/nusphere/phped-html5.rel

Please let me know what is not quite right and ow I can fix it and I'll keep the file up-to-date. At least until nuSphere takes it upon themselves.
