I've tried logging in several times with the same name and password I've used for the last year. It keeps getting rejected and, when I try to reset, it asks for some "hint answer" which I've no idea what it's talking about. So, I just keep going around in never ending circles. What the hell is the matter with this website?

Earlier this year I got blocked for a bit because NuSphere blocked an IP address range for spamming; probably China as that is 1-digit off my IP address range in NZ. I contacted NuSphere directly via their web site and it was fixed up really quick, together with an apology.
