If I use the search & replace dialog, it would be great to see how many replacements actually have been made.
This could be added to the "Search Results" window for example, maybe like this:

file1.php 12 replacements
file2.php 2 replacements
file3.php 25 billion replacements
"

Just to be sure: I request this feature for search & replace in a single file, if I search & replace in a project the number of replacements in the project files is already shown as above
