How do I change cursor color?

I have switched to a dark background in PhpED 5.95 and have reconfigured several colors so that they are all legible. However, for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to change cursor settings. The default cursor is black and a small vertical line. It is not visible in many places now.

I am sure this is an obvious setting somewhere and I've just overlooked it. I did search FAQ and this forum but have seen no mention of this.

Don't think you can change the cursor color in the IDE alone. They would have to use custom cursors for that (bad for user experience. Let users use what they are already comfortable with.)

You would have to change the cursor color in your OS (I'm pretty sure.)

Bespy, I dont believe he is talking about the cursor on a web page (and still, I don't know of any JS that will change cursor color).
