CTRL+W Close current tab <-- Single most important
CTRL+T Open new blank tab
CTRL+Tab (Working) switch between tabs
CTRL+Drag tab Duplicate that tab (Offer to save as a new Tab?)
Drag a tab out of the window, opens a new browser with just that tab, might be nice for us multi-monitor folk, also might be hard to implement.

Anything else anyone can think of?

Firefox has for a long time supported dragging tabs out of or between windows. Latest Internet Explorer 9 also now has this feature.

I never use use the PhpED browser window as it doesn't have features that I need. No big deal. Why re-invent wheels that browsers already do a good job of?
