When using the Find in files command and searching in directories, phpED will remember the latest searched directory (even if it's in a different project).

This is not ideal.

Furthermore, clicking on "Browse..." requires additional browsing which is generally redundant with the currently opened files/directory.

Please make "Search in Directories" use the directory (or the directory of the file) that is currently selected in the "Workspace toolbar".

This would save me a lot of time and headaches (because I searched the wrong project i-e wrong version of my software).

Thank you!

Note: I know I can "search in project" but i frequently need to narrow down the searched to a small subset of the project.

I right-click folders in the Workspace, choose Search in file(s) and the Search Directory is always set correctly to the folder that I right-clicked.

If I right-click a file and choose Search in file(s) then just the file is selected.

Does that not work for you?
