I have the latest registered version of PHPed. When I use the 'Find in File' function to search for code in a directory of files, it gives me a count of the number of matches, but doesn't tell me what files it found the matches in. It get a dialog box on top that says "opeation complete [OK]". If I click on OK the the file search dialog also closes.

This isn't very useful as is. I expect to get a list of files in which my search string is found.

Am I doing something wrong? Is this a feature request?

The list of found files is displayed in the Log tab. You need to look at it.

Yes, you are correct.

It's a bit quirky that the output is in the log window. But it is there.

BTW, PhpED 3.3.2 can auto activate log window when corresponding option is selected in the log window popup.
