Failed to start DBG session

I've opened port on firewall and also tried through ssh. I've followed all troubleshooting steps and same result:

DBG 3.4.2

Failed to start DBG session


Reason: connection to the client address 69.50.15.138:7869 is not allowed
Not sure what it means? Visit http://www.nusphere.com/dbg/ for troubleshooting.
