I have been using PHPed for a few weeks now and have not once been able to copy and paste files from one dir to another. I have tried in the explorer view and the workspace view. Is there a trick to this or something?

Hmm, you should be able to simply drag the files from one folder to another in the Workspace view. PHPEd will ask you if you're sure you want to copy the files; click Yes and you're good. (You may have to refresh the Workspace view to see them.)

Alternatively, you can select files, then Ctrl + Drag them to another folder in Workspace view to Move (not Copy) the files.

Thanks for posting. The drag and drop works well except when you have a long directory tree. It doesn't auto scroll to the bottom of the tree when you are dragging. This is the main reason why I asked about copy and paste from the workspace view. Also, I use keyboard commands for copy and paste in every other application which is much faster so it seems a little unintuitive to have to drag and drop to copy a file.

Try highlighting the files then Ctrl + Right Clicking the selection.
You get the Explorer menu, where you can click "Copy".
Scroll up, Ctrl + Right Click the Project name, and "Paste".
