Debugger - breaking on the first line

I'm using PhpEd 5.6 with the remote debugger 3.6.0 (which is really cool!) However one thing that's really frustrating is if I start a script with the debugger (F9) it breaks automatically on the first code line.

Is there any way this can be stopped, so it just breaks on any breakpoints I put in myself?

Open the settings and go to IDE > "Run & Debug".
The option you want is the second checkmark.
