Debugger and Windows Update AutoUpdate Client

The debugger works not well when the wuauclt.exe process, the Windows Update AutoUpdate Client, is running in the background. Disabling the process with Task Manager is until now for me the only solution.

Debugger has no relation to windows update client and we have no reports concerning this other than this.
I'd recommend you to run sanity checks on the machine.
