DBG toolbar for Internet Explorer 9?

Hi,
I just installed PhpEd 7 (full version, as registered user). Server side DBG installation was no problem.
But I cannot find any toolbar with Internet Exlorer 9, OS: Win7 x64.

I could solve the problem: I rebootet my machine, took the installation again. DBG toolbar works fine now with IE 9. I don't know why my first attempt failed.
