DBG client error

dbg-2.11.23-Win32 version.
PhpED verion 3.2.1 Built 3239

start the client.

when start phpED i see this error message :

wrong version of debugger client library detected.
detected version is 2.11 while expected 2.14 please reinstall phpED product

PHPED 3.2.1 is shipped with DBG 2.14.11 and requires _this_ version to be run. Please install appropriate dbg module.
