I'm a hardcore web developer and I like to plan my things before building them, so my feature request would be database designer (Like M$ Visio or DBDesigner) - plain and simple relational db designer with ability to reverse engineer from PhpEd's DB Account and create db/tables to it from the design layout.

Feature could contain:
Table relation view (with foreign keys and dynamic linking)
Table editor
Relation editor

If you implement this feature, I'll get in my car, fill up with gasoline and drive around my country convincing people to buy this software (no matter do they need it or not)
