When you create a shortcut-key combination in the integrations tab, it simply records your keypress but tells you nothing about the fact the key combination could already be in use on the Editor Shortcuts. I was doing Ctrl+Shift+C and the editor would only do a bell sound when trying to use the keypress. On a hunch, I wandered all the way over to the Editor Shortcuts and had to look over the mappings one by one until I finally saw it mapped to Close HTML Tag. After disabling that shortcut, my integration shortcut worked. It would be REALLY helpful to know this when I created my shortcut on the integration tab.
