Color Printing of PHP syntax

I am running the eval version of PHPED 4.6. I tried to print PHP scripts from a file that has both PHP scripts and html. The html prints in color OK, while the PHP does not. The correct colors are displayed on the monitor OK. Do I have to setup somthing to get PHP scripts printed in color?

When you print out a file, please make sure that View->Dynamic highlighting is off.
