code scrolling when cursor extend past EOL and Word Wrap on

This is totally minor, but here's a nifty usability bug: Code window should not be horizontally scrollable (scroll bar should be disabled or hidden) when both "Cursor beyond EOL" and "Word Wrap" are on. I'm on build 5025.
