Can not set off 'Break on start' in debugger settings?

I have update from a older editor release to v7.0.
After this, allways is the script stopped in the first php line. So i have tried to deactivate the option: 'Break on start' in Run&Debug settings.
But it is not possible to deactivate this option.

I have read this here in the forum, but can not found this option:

If you do not want IDE to stop on the first line, set off "Stop on the first line after run", see tools->settings->Debugger tab.

What can i do? In the older used release exists not this problem.

By the way, it seems that it is not possible to upload here a screenshot pic?

It's a known issue in build 7021 - debugger settings can't be changed. We'll fix it in 7022.

It is already available.

BTW seems I forgot to add this particular issue to the list of changes. Don't be confused. The fix is there.
