you must be joking again.
v9 offered unnumbered bookmarks and they are in TODO window.

No, I am not "joking".

I know they are in the TODO window. Along with a thousand other TODO statements from third party libraries I use. Finding a bookmark in he TODO window is very time-consuming due to all the TODO clutter in there, no way to filter TODO from BOOKMARK....

It would be nice if bookmarks had their own window rather than bodging the feature into another feature's window, as suggested above.
