Backup/export accounts?

Is there a way to backup accounts in phped? I need to format and reinstall Windows and I'd prefer not to have to recreate all my Accounts in phped when I reinstall. Is there a registry key I could back up or a settings file?

All such things are in cfg files in phped's directory so just back them up as well as registry (HKCU\software\nusphere\)
