Working with many open files at the same time I have found my self closing the help view in stead of the tab pages.

I would like to have individual close icons on the tabpages, like firefox2 has.

Yes, that'd be very nice.

I'd love a close icon on the tabs (like IE),

I use "close all but this" quite a lot but quite often miss it and go to "close all files", this could help.

I agree. Small close icons on each tab will be a very handy addition.

I disagree, I don't like this close buttons at every single tab - they only need space and you always have to click "carefully" on tabs!

I'd love to see the functionality every browser has ... close a tab via mouse-middleclick - that would be really nice Wink

YES! I was wishing for that just the other day.

If it were made optional, you wouldn't be forced to use it. No need to deny the rest of us.

Well, that doesn't help me (and many others); (my) laptop(s) don't have a middle mouse button...

Well, let's try to buy and use a mouse?!... Sorry, but I don't know any developer who doesn't use a mouse - even if he use a notebook to develop Rolling Eyes

Nevertheless, I'll agree with the close buttons, if they are optional Wink

Too bad you can't conceive of that which exists beyond the reach of your senses. Don't get out much, I guess? Rolling Eyes

P.S. Just FYI, there are women that develop too.

Settings / IDE Shortcuts / File-Close : Set that to "Ctrl-W". Way faster than clicking on a "X".

I would personally hate to see a "X" on each tab!

Don't enable it then.

When NuSphere adds the option then just don't enable it and you won't see an "X" on each tab.
